HIPRA strengthens its leadership as a scientific employer with over 200 new vacancies

Corporate

Biotech company HIPRA will open more than 200 new positions worldwide in the coming months, reaffirming its role as one of the leading scientific employers in Spain and Southern Europe. Of these vacancies, over 70 are aimed at scientific profiles in fields such as Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Veterinary Science or Biotechnology.

This growth comes at a key time for Europe, which is focused on strengthening its scientific autonomy and its ability to attract international talent. “Scientific talent is essential for social progress and for our ability to innovate,” says Marta Sitjà, R&D Director of Animal Health at HIPRA.

A growth model aligned with European strategy

2025, HIPRA aligns with initiatives such as ATRAE 2025 and the Catalonian Talent Bridge, aimed at positioning Spain and Catalonia as international scientific hubs.

This commitment to talent acquisition responds not only to the company’s growth needs but also to its involvement in strategic projects like EU FAB, which seeks to ensure Europe’s capacity for vaccine manufacturing and to face future health crises.

A new opportunity for young talent: introducing the HIPRA Graduate Program

With the goal of fostering the development of young researchers, HIPRA has launched its Graduate Program, a 12-month track offering specialized training, mentoring, and active participation in innovation projects. The program is aimed at recent graduates in Engineering, Veterinary Science, Health Sciences, or Business Areas, and will take place at HIPRA’s headquarters in Amer.

This initiative strengthens HIPRA’s commitment to emerging talent and the training of future professionals in the biotech sector, contributing to a more robust and competitive scientific ecosystem.
